1. Orders

An order confirmation does not guarantee that the order will be fulfilled. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in reasonable circumstances, including product unavailability, incorrect information, suspected fraudulent activity, or delivery limitations.
2. Cash on Delivery
Burj Mart currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
No online payment is required when placing an order through our website.
The customer must pay the full order amount in cash to the delivery provider when the order is delivered.
By placing a COD order, you agree to:

Burj Mart may contact customers by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
We reserve the right to cancel or restrict COD orders where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, repeated refused deliveries, false contact information, or other misuse of the COD service.
3. Prices
All product prices are displayed on our website in the applicable currency.
The total amount payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before the order is submitted.
Because we operate on a COD-only basis, the amount confirmed at checkout is the amount the customer is expected to pay to the delivery provider, subject to any clearly communicated changes or corrections.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or product-information errors.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to process and deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe displayed on our website or communicated to you.
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, product availability, public holidays, weather, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and a working telephone number.
5. Failed or Refused Deliveries
If a customer is unavailable at the agreed delivery address, provides incorrect information, or refuses a COD order without a valid reason, the courier may attempt delivery again or return the package to Burj Mart.
Repeated refused or failed COD deliveries may result in Burj Mart limiting or removing COD ordering privileges for that customer.
Any applicable delivery or return charges will be handled in accordance with our applicable policies and the law.
6. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, and prices are accurate.
However, product colors may vary depending on your device or screen, and packaging or product appearance may occasionally differ from website images.
