Open Parcel & Check

At Burj Mart, customers may be allowed to open and check their parcel before making the Cash on Delivery payment, subject to the courier's delivery procedures and applicable restrictions.

Customers may check that:

• The correct product has been delivered.

• The product appears to match the order.

• The parcel is not visibly damaged or tampered with.

Customers should not use, damage, alter, or remove permanent packaging, tags, seals, or accessories during inspection.

If the product is incorrect or the parcel is visibly damaged, please inform the delivery representative immediately and contact Burj Mart at burjmartuae@gmail.com.

Where a particular courier or product does not permit open-parcel inspection, that restriction will apply.
